An acquired taste, yet nonetheless wonderful, the Acadie Dulse is a curious blend of Nova Scotia dulse sea weed and French chocolate ganache that is then enrobed in a Cacao Barry Mi-Amère dark chocolate couverture shell. A nice dark chocolate crunch at first bite, it slowly and softly evolves into a semi salty and chewy sea weed ganache filling before finishing with a strong dark chocolate bitter. Unique to Nova Scotia and worldwide!
